Fox reports that some IRS 'Tea Party' audits were driven by personal review

WASHINGTON -- A deputy of the IRS allegedly told Congressional investigators that she personally reviewed 30 applications from conservative groups, contradicting earlier assertions that most of the application reviews took place in an Ohio field office.
