July 1: Russian journalists continue to die in Ukraine, EU: hope or destruction?

July 1: Russian journalists continue to die in Ukraine, EU: hope or destruction?

I give my condolences for Russian TV cameraman Anatoly Klyan who was slain in Ukraine doing is job.

I am writing to voice profound concern over the continuing civil war in Eastern Ukraine, that shows no end in sight. Refugees are crossing the Russian border daily, relocating to various areas of Russian Federation territory, including Moscow Region, and to all points in between and to the north and south as well. Russia is doing everything possible and impossible to help these grief-stricken people traumatized by war, death, destruction, displacement, and immense loss. Even the trip out of the war zone itself is extremely dangerous, as buses transporting them are frequently fired upon by the Kiev junta. So far, at the present moment, more than 140 thousand Ukrainian refugees are said to have entered Russia.

Meanwhile, Poroshenko wines and dines with the EU while innocent peaceful ordinary rank and file Eastern Ukrainian citizens, young and old alike, are suffering torture, death, destruction and ethnic-cleansing, under the west orchestrated Nazi terror, as history repeats itself.

On June 28th in Rome, Italy I attended a big demonstration against EU, specifically against its austerity, emigration and its military policies. There were also statement about the situation in Ukraine, all speakers heavily criticized the crimes committed by the regime from Kiev against its own people in the south-eastern region dominated by the population that does not want enslavement, starvation and destruction of moral by applying directives from Brussels. Also, they criticized Western Media.

In Italy the EU opponents’ voices are heard more intensely, while in my country, Romania, there is no political force, no authorized voice to draw attention to the disastrous situation of the country, especially after the EU accession. I was even asked by some participants, if in Romania are big demonstrations against EU and NATO I believe that you guessed my answer.

Only a few voices have the courage to express their views on the Russian sites, but many of those who tell the truth are threatened in various ways.

If we look at the Eastern European countries that joined the EU since 2004 until now, it becomes obvious that the EU does not create hope, it creates destruction to the European population. Only newly rich, bankers and corporate mafias are the real beneficiaries of the EU creation.
