Colombian negotiators talk with FARC in Havana

Colombia's government and the FARC insurgent group have launched their second round of talks in Cuba’s Havana.

FARC negotiators have urged all Colombian forces to take part in a dialogue on "building democracy collectively," they said in a statement.

The Cuba and Norway-mediated talks were launched on November 19.

Colombian government representatives have been in conflict with members of the FARC army for more than 50 years.
