The National Christmas Tree in the US has died 14 months after it was planted in front of the White House, Fox News reported quoting a spokesperson for the National Park Service.

The National Christmas Tree in the US has died 14 months after it was planted in front of the White House, Fox News reported quoting a spokesperson for the National Park Service.

Having been grown in New Jersey, the tree was planted near the president’s residence to replace a Colorado blue spruce which had served as America’s Christmas tree for 33 years before succumbing to a storm.
