Pakistan’s military moves its nuclear warheads around on ordinary trucks in a bid to hide their true number, The Atlantic magazine reports. According to the US publication, Islamabad fears that US may try to deprive the country of its nuclear deterrent, all the more so after American commandos killed Osama bin Laden in May.

According to the US publication, Islamabad fears that US may try to deprive the country of its nuclear deterrent, all the more so after American commandos killed Osama bin Laden in May.

The deadly warheads are transported with little, if any, security support, making them easy prey to terrorist.

According to foreign intelligence estimates, Pakistan  now has 110 nuclear charges in its arsenal.
