Kim Jong Un to be next North Korea leader

Officials in the Democratic People’s republic of Korea have officially named Kim Jong-Il's son the future leader of the country. This was done by the deputy chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly of North Korea, Yang Hyong Sop.

This was done by the deputy chairman of the Supreme People's Assembly of North Korea, Yang Hyong Sop.

In addition, it was officially announced for the first time that Kim Jong Un is the son of Kim Jong Il.    

In September, Kim Jong-Un was awarded the rank of General of the Army, after which he became deputy chairman of the Central Military Commission and became a member of the Workers' Party of Korea.
